The Dangleberries
plus RHELM
Galloway’s very own pipe rockers, The Dangleberries are making a long awaited return to play a home town gig in The Venue, Dumfries on 7th November 2025. This will be the band’s first appearance at The Venue since 2013.
The band are fast approaching their 25th anniversary. Don’t miss this opportunity to catch them live in Dumfries in one of only a handful of local gigs over recent years.
The Dangleberries are a raucous Celtic Rock Band from Scotland, known for their infectious energy, wild performances, and a sound that fuses traditional Scottish bagpipes with electric guitars, drums, and attitude. Born out of the hills of Dumfries and Galloway, they’ve been bringing their high-octane blend of folk, rock, and irreverent humor to stages across the UK and beyond since 2001.
Whether it’s a festival crowd, a village hall, or a muddy field, The Dangleberries know how to get people moving. Their setlist is a riot of original tunes and rowdy covers—think AC/DC meets the Highlands—with tartan, sweat, and pipes flying. With a reputation as one of the most entertaining live acts on the Celtic Rock circuit, The Dangleberries are more than a band—they’re a party waiting to happen.
