Tiderays are an alt/indie rock band from Dumfries, Scotland, known for their atmospheric sound and compelling songwriting.
Since their debut demo in 2017, they have gained recognition through airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music and Amazing Radio, with tracks like Papillon and The Anchor receiving critical acclaim. The band has performed at festivals such as SolFest, Bute Fest, Big Burns Supper, Electric Fields, and Doonhame Festivals and have sold out hometown shows at The Venue and The Stove. They have also headlined Oran Mor and King Tuts and played a successful show at Loreburn Hall in Dumfries last December. Their music blends emotive lyrics with dynamic instrumentation, making them a standout act in Scotland’s indie scene.
